Going through transitions as large as mergers, acquisitions and a rebrand can bring a lot of uncertainty and change at ANY company, so of course, it exists here. Unfortunately, some of my coworkers are more frustrated by it than encouraged and excited by it, which can make it hard for those of us who want to experience this evolution in a more positive environment. But I think that as the company continues to grow, as new systems and processes are put into place, as the new culture begins to flourish, and as we continue to deliver our Purpose and Promise, those uncertainties will start to dissipate. It just takes time and patience - these types of evolutions can't happen overnight.
