To retain and develop our employees, and to attract top talent, we are heavily invested in our Total Rewards programs and philosophies, so it’s great to read that you’re happy with your benefits and compensation. As a global company with employees across the U.S., UK, and Europe, it’s important for us to create opportunities for every employee to share their ideas or share effective feedback about their workplace experience, which is one of the reasons we launched our quarterly employee survey program in 2019. You mention that we should set hierarchy for management. While we have an established leadership hierarchy in all of business units, I encourage you to share any ideas you may have around how our leadership team can be more effective or efficient with your own leader directly, or during our quarterly survey.
