Pros

I have been working at HTA for more than 2 years and I can honestly say that my experience here is nothing short of wonderful. Since the day I joined, I always have something new to learn from my colleagues and from my managers. I have grown both personally and professionally since I joined. There are a lot of opportunities for growth here if you have potential. Management team does everything they can to make every employee happy and to make the work environment exciting

Cons

The business is pretty complicated and you need to really put a lot of effort initially to learn. But the employees and management are really supportive and give you guidance in anyway possible

Pros

The company has a strong, collaborative culture where people are genuinely invested in doing high-quality work and supporting each other. There's a lot of exposure to interesting, complex projects, and you're trusted to own your work and make an impact. For anyone who wants to grow professionally, there's real opportunity here. High performers are recognized, and you're given the space to step up and expand your scope.

Cons

Work can be complex and fast paced but a great environment for people who enjoy challenging problems and making meaningful changes.

Pros

Verra Mobility provides good hands on experience for QA engineers, especially with real business workflows, automation, regression testing, and production-related issues. The work can be meaningful because the systems support important operations, and there are opportunities to improve testing processes, automation coverage, and CI/CD execution. I also gained useful experience working with tools like Playwright, GitHub Actions and test reporting.

Cons

Some systems and processes can be complex, and test environments or data are not always consistent, which can make testing and automation more challenging. Like many companies going through business or organizational changes, priorities can shift quickly, and that may create pressure around releases and timelines.
