Everything else ... this Company has nothing in order... the VP who took over the Contract Team has literally destroyed the team piece by piece with her ego driving instead of doing what is best for the Company, Customers, and the team she leads with her Ego. She is not receptive to feedback or anyone having a voice. She has a vendetta against everyone and is only out for herself. The contracts are not able to be successfully worked due to the high stress she imposes on the team.
