      They really believe in family first. People are willing to help where needed. Managers are great people.

      Pay isn't what it should be. Need more structure. Managers could use more training.

      Pros

      Custom equipment, creative design work, lots of good ppl, excellent testing facilities, good location, they make good money and pay good.

      Cons

      They live in a bubble. Not many ppl from other companies. Some organizational things could be streamlined. Engineers shouldn't be expected to send a PO to the vendor. Purchasing should take care of purchasing.
