Pros

at 1st - WFH ater COVID was a great thing. Mgmt was pretty good. understanding, willing to work with me, esp when I was going thru my illness. welcomed me back.

Cons

at last - thank goodness for FMLA and PFL. only way I would've been able to retain employment. i will admit, made some tactical errors toward the end. STARS - an absolute travesty. Setting high unachievable marks for phone calls which took a LOT longer than 3-5 minutes. know- it-all employees who tried to be my boss, as if i didnt have more ppl to report to. CARE team? dont make me laugh. Sr. Mgmt "cared" about hitting numbers to collect performance bonuses. I wont respect or obey someone who’s directing me from an office on the west coast. do your research. you - yes YOU - are worthy of so much more. DONT take a job out of desperation. Especially not this one. If you do... find another one. FAST.
