Pros

Flexible hours, great new space in NYC and Englewood. Lots of internal mobility if you try. Great management, honestly.

Cons

Nothing out of the ordinary here. Easy to fall into one role if you're not constantly putting yourself out there.

Pros

- Solid pay and benefits - Diverse workplace - Kind, personable immediate coworkers

Cons

- Abysmal, borderline non-existent work/life balance - Extremely convoluted post-production workflow that causes engineers to work harder, not smarter - Condescending senior management that has a self-proclaimed limited knowledge of the tools used to create and fine-tune their podcasts - Vague onboarding process - Lack of communication as it relates to podcast recording logistics (specifically as it relates to relaying what mics are used in instances where Versant mic kits aren't sent out) - Team insists on contacting you via your personal phone despite work phones being provided - Management lacks accountability
