Pros
Great co-workers to work with. Benefits are above average. HR and IT have been very helpful to me over the years. They communicated well.
Cons
Lack of communication from corporate (except from HR and IT) other than quarterly updates on the company as a whole. They will downsize at the first hint of lower profitability status. Versar is a public company and as such, must answer to the stockholders. Sometimes I thought they put the stockholders interest ahead of their most valuable assets - their employees.
