      BloodCenter of Wisconsin has a great mission. The people here are nice. But their communication as an organization is off.

      Cons

      Very unorganized as a company. High employee turn over rate. Miscommunicate. Not great leadership or opportunity to grow. Needs diversity. Hierarchy structure.
