      Paid extensive training. Benefits (health/dental/vision/401K/life). Friendly atmosphere. Team/goal oriented. Fast paced. Certification not required. Paid Mileage. Room for advancement.

      Cons

      In the middle of a merger, lost a lot of seasoned staff. Lots of changes. New managers that don't know what they are doing but only because they are new and the merger has people confused.
