Pros
Healthcare plan is decent, Co-workers were really great people.
Cons
The hospital services department has an extremely high turnover rate due to poor training staff and the fact that the amount of work that an employee commits to does not match the wage offered. You rarely see any people of color in management positions and there are a lot of surface level fixes for deeper problems within the department. Management does not actually understand what the job entails and never trained to understand the position, so they always ask how to improve it, but never fix anything. The company always advertising for employees to donate blood, as if they don't already do enough to work there.
