We hope that our Winning Way Behaviors will help us Drive to Decisions and address the collaboration challenges. We also are working on our communication as it was highlighted in our recent engagement survey, which we are excited to implement feedback from all of our employees.
- Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate
- unlimited PTO for fulltime
Cons
- New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
