      Pros

      The product and technology associated with the service are best in business.

      Cons

      They are super slow to make any necessary changes to both technology and market demands. Sales leadership is a massive disappointment. There is absolutely truth in the fact that if you arent part of the inner circle, you will have an uphill battle with management.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
