      Pros

      A comfortable place to work with nice people.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the company lacks real drive and ambition. Although they talk about it you cant see any evidence of hunger to grow. There doesnt seem to be a real desire to succeed perhaps due to underlying issues at board level although they talk the game to keep shareholders happy. Many of the middle managers seem happy and comfortable and also lack that drive to really succeed.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
