      The culture, the people, the CEO!, they truly value their employees as being their most important asset, incredible benefits, perks, unlimited flex time/PTO, Remote Work....the list goes on and on

      The promotion process could be more mainstreamed...the company is working on it.

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
