      While the company itself is great, I've noticed that the team you work with can significantly influence your experience, as the leadership under Product Management could use some improvement.

      Cons

      Currently, there seems to be a lack of direction and support from leadership for new employees. If you join, be prepared to take the initiative in creating new processes, as there are none in place at the moment.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
