      Pros

      Work/life balance is amazing. Fully remote, go into office if you want. 1 or 2 mandatory in-office sessions per year. Sales Conference at beginning of year are at luxurious places, all paid for. Pay is really good for how much work you actually do.

      Cons

      Seems to be a long waiting line to get promoted, as nobody leaves.

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
