A financially struggling company that changes Senior Management every 2 years - Just a Bad place to Work - Manager/Development Vertis Communications Employee Review

Senior Management blatantly lied to my face and to my team members, Unpaid Fur-lows, Lay-offs and pay cuts for all. New CTO is outsourcing to China, spending money that the company doesn't have. Some of the staff has not had a raise in over 4 years no matter how hard you work. IT Management expects you to work 50+ hours a week and to never disagree with them. Once you disagree with management its career ending. This buy far was the most miss managed company I have ever worked for in 20 years. Absolutely Terrible Working conditions.
