Even the operations team feels fully integrated, as there is no clear division between operations and consultants, which is brilliant as we all feel like one team. The directors are really hands-on, providing excellent ongoing training while also encouraging individuals to run training sessions themselves to push them to their full potential. There really is no ceiling — if you want something, they will consider it and make it happen. Excellent incentives, including up to two international holidays per year, an employee share scheme, and relocation opportunities, make this a highly rewarding place to work.
