The team works hard and actually enjoys working together. A lot of employees have stayed a long time because they love the culture and the team they work with. The pace is fast and you'll have real responsibility from day one, you won't just be a cog in a large product org. It's the kind of place where you can build meaningful skills, make a visible impact, and grow quickly. Unlimited time off, and employees actually use it. You also get 3 wellness days and a hybrid (3/day per week) or remote work schedule (depending on the position). Just moved to a great new office in Soho.

Things move quickly and priorities can shift, so if you prefer a more structured corporate environment it may be an adjustment. That said, the pace creates real opportunities to take on more responsibility as a PM.

If you are smart and care at all for your career, you should avoid Verve at all costs. - toxic work environment - constant layoffs - absolutely no communication from senior management - no vision - the overall product is 4 years behind - revolving door of execs - the CEO has the charisma and vision of a potato - expected to work non stop - pay is low
