The pace is fast and you'll have real responsibility from day one, you won't just be a cog in a large product org. It's the kind of place where you can build meaningful skills, make a visible impact, and grow quickly. Unlimited time off, and employees actually use it. Things move quickly and priorities can shift, so if you prefer a more structured corporate environment it may be an adjustment. That said, the pace creates real opportunities to take on more responsibility as a PM.
