Pros
- Supportive, welcoming and knowledgeable teammates. Most of the people that you work with make this place better for you. -Lots of different products and a lot of chance to learn new stuff, especially if you are without any prior ad-tech knowledge. -Working with all kinds of stakeholders; business, tech, product, engineers etc... Dynamic working environment. -(Mostly) relaxed hierarchy. Most of the managers are trying to find a balance between being a good facilitator and not being a micromanager. Although this does not always work out well, it's good to see the management level is trying to get good at it at least.
Cons
- Lack of processes and definitions of roles. Unfortunately the last few years, the overall growth was not planned out efficiently, so the company lost a lot of time and as a result last few months lot of re-shuffling is being done. This is unfortunately causing lot of instability in terms of team structures and even impacting employee mentality. - Most of the salaries are below the market, and the scale of salaries between employees are not balanced.
