Work life was brutal!! We’ve got terrible work life balance and management just don’t care about you! No matter how exhausted or stressed we were, they continue to harass us with more work and more demands!!

Pros

The team works hard and actually enjoys working together. A lot of employees have stayed a long time because they love the culture and the team they work with. The pace is fast and you'll have real responsibility from day one, you won't just be a cog in a large product org. It's the kind of place where you can build meaningful skills, make a visible impact, and grow quickly. Unlimited time off, and employees actually use it. You also get 3 wellness days and a hybrid (3/day per week) or remote work schedule (depending on the position). Just moved to a great new office in Soho.

Cons

Things move quickly and priorities can shift, so if you prefer a more structured corporate environment it may be an adjustment. That said, the pace creates real opportunities to take on more responsibility as a PM.

Pros

- There are some genuine, solid people who care about their jobs and want to do good work - some parts of the technology are good

Cons

This list could go on forever. If you are smart and care at all for your career, you should avoid Verve at all costs. - toxic work environment - constant layoffs - absolutely no communication from senior management - no vision - the overall product is 4 years behind - revolving door of execs - the CEO has the charisma and vision of a potato - expected to work non stop - pay is low
