      I really enjoyed the time that I spent here and the people that I worked for and with. Everyone was extremely smart and very friendly.

      Cons

      On call could suck but part of a 24/7 and they were upfront about the expectation.

      Pros

      Excellent schedule flexibility. Small teams within larger departments and great contact with immediate supervisors. The company provided me with all the tools I needed to work from home.

      Cons

      Overdependence on corporate (Avery Decision) HR tools. Outdated finance software made billing cumbersome.
