      You can do anything and get away with anything. No accountability. Pays well.

      Pros

      Excellent schedule flexibility. Small teams within larger departments and great contact with immediate supervisors. The company provided me with all the tools I needed to work from home.

      Cons

      Overdependence on corporate (Avery Decision) HR tools. Outdated finance software made billing cumbersome.
