      Flexible schedule, casual dress, work from home

      Cons

      Too many middle managers, Sales drives everything, the people that actually do the work are undervalued and underpaid, bonus potentials were cut, insurance is terrible

      Pros

      Excellent schedule flexibility. Small teams within larger departments and great contact with immediate supervisors. The company provided me with all the tools I needed to work from home.

      Cons

      Overdependence on corporate (Avery Decision) HR tools. Outdated finance software made billing cumbersome.
