Business Outlook
Pros
The people at Vestmark are wonderful. They were able to hire some great engineers who are fun and knowledgeable. It is the biggest advantage of the company.
Cons
Engineering Managment leadership is not where it should be. There is no follow through with Management. They don't seem to understand how to keep engineers satisfied. They make promises and then do not keep them. Raises are rare, outings are rare, team building experience are handled by engineers, and guidance is non-exisitent for career growth.
