Unprofessional and hostile - Anonymous employee Vestmark Employee Review

Unreliable HR - two different recruiters reached out to me and scheduled phone interviews. Both stood me up more than once. It gets better. Secondly - one of the interviewers appeared borderline sociopathic who enjoyed showing off his knowledge while belittling your experience. When he keeps probing and you don’t know an answer, he shows a smirk of satisfaction. He exuded an air of hubris as if you are begging for a job. When I asked him a standard question about his background and what he looks for in an employee, he squinted and frowned and said “I’m not going to answer that. Why do you ask?” Super condescending. That is not a firm I would want to work at.
