Don’t be fooled into thinking this is a best place to work. Vestmark was founded by fraternity brothers and the company is run like one. You are promoted based on who you know and how long you've been here. This company has a serious problem with diversity - the company is disproportionally white and male (just look at the executives on their own website). We have executives and managers who hire predominantly white males and have created an environment that can be very uncomfortable. There are people who have been here "forever" who are allowed to behave any way they want with zero consequences.
