We take shepherding of that platform very seriously. Also, we have technology chapters that are focused on identifying areas for technological improvement, pattern refactoring, etc. In terms of salary and compensation, we strive to offer a competitive total rewards compensation package, including salary, benefits, employee engagement and compelling company values, that is competitive with our peers, and we continously evaluate what we offer our employees against industry standards and other peer software companies.
