Pros

-Solid location. -Parking Garage access -Snacks & Drinks provided in the kitchen -Conference rooms provided ideal conditions for meetings and interviews with other companies.

Cons

-My college education was completely disregarded after I was hired, despite it being a requirement when applying for the job. I was given tasks that didn't even come close to the level I had taken things to in school. -Poor raises. This one gets a slight pass since Covid had a heavy impact on the company. But I still felt completely worthless with the raise I received. -In my opinion, VBash is one of the biggest wastes of company time I have ever seen within an organization. -While I was there, little respect was given out by people outside of the department I was in. -I consistently felt ostracized from the rest of my team. To elaborate, I wasn't invited to meetings everybody else would attend. In addition, nobody would give me new things to work on even though I asked numerous times. -I observed a lot of unprofessional behaviors within the organization. Some of you might have different definitions of professional, but if you're not showing up to work in at least a polo and jeans, I think you need to reassess how you present yourself. I also question the maturity of some of the employees still there. -Raises are based solely on preset goals that nobody seemed to take seriously. I was told during my time there that each department is given a 'pool' of money that managers were allowed to distribute amongst their departments. While I have no way of verifying the veracity of that rumor, to me it certainly felt like HR had a lot more involvement in the finances than the company would care to admit. It should be on the employees' direct manager to decide raises, not HR.
