Pros

Veterans United is the best place I have ever worked. They have a great culture where employees are encouraged to become the best versions of themselves. They rented out the Blue Note for an event where the employees get to preform for and entertain their co-workers.

Cons

I have not found anything worth complaining about to this day. I have worked here almost three years.

Pros

Paid time off is given on day one and goes up again at 1 and 5 years. Lots of personal growth opportunities and events for the whole family. Flexible schedule in some departments. Free coffee, tea, drinks, and snacks. Caring environment, where everyone is treated fairly. Very loose dress code, no need to dress up every day!

Cons

Some non production positions should be paid more. Health benefits are ok but I've had better at other companies. Some positions can be very stressful.

Pros

They pride themselves on being a "fun" place to work with lots of freebies and flexibility. If you value snacks, this is the place for you!

Cons

Many of the managers and leaders of the company were promoted into their roles for the wrong reasons. This is not the place to be if you have any interest in career growth.
