- Poor management: Most "managers" are just popular people who got the job because they were well liked by others, and not because they have the ability or training needed to be a manager in any capacity. -Toxic Work Environment: Coworkers will constantly throw each other under the bus, or step on people to climb the corporate ladder, or just to avoid the fear of being fired (because people are constantly fired for ridiculous/made up reasons). -Cult Like Culture: Eerily religious undertones in the "company culture" of which the company itself ironically doesn't abide by. As well as socially awkward events that if you don't attend you'll never be one of the popular kids, and if you do attend you have to be just like-able enough to save face but not so like-able that you're threatening to the already popular kids. -All the ism's: Racism, sexism, favoritism, nepotism, you name it. Everything from parading around the one or two African American employees as if they're diverse, to battle of the sexes, all the way to brothers, sisters, wives, and husbands getting promotions. You name it, it's all rampant there.
