Most toxic horrible work environment ever. The culture they like to praise so much is only for a select few. Favorites are a big deal. If you aren’t a family member or best friend of someone in management you will be forced out if they have a friend or family member wanting a job there. You will meet your job requirements then they will come up with higher closing number. You meet those after working 60 hours a week. Then they up your numbers again and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to meet those numbers so you are let go. They will ask about your home life because they “care” and then use that information against you at work. Don’t expect to be able to take time off of work. I was admitted to the ICU and on a breathing machine and my supervisor is calling to ask when I was coming back in on a daily basis. When I finally got back to work (the day after I was discharged) I found I no longer had a way to earn money in my position as all of my LOs were reassigned. You complain to HR and they ignore you. All of the responses VU has given on here to poor reviews were they say they didn’t know something was going on or it seems to be an isolated incident and not indicative of the normal culture is a lie.
