Pros

Incentivized travel opportunities if you’re into that

Cons

1.Unreal bandwidth expectation (expect you to do the work of 3 people with a smile on your face and not a word about it being too much) 2. Crummy compensation (recently changed to “performance based votes” raises so if you’re not popular you’re out of luck) 3. Constant shuffle in “structure” and communication is lack luster until they need something or you’re in trouble. 4. You get hired for a certain location and then end up managing 4 other locations as well. 5. “Down for anything” is their attitude until you mention being run ragged, then you’re not being a “team player” and need to “re-align” what you’re spending your time on (but they don’t realign what they put on your plate) 6. Not big on respecting work life balance, it’s all fine and dandy until they need you to be available out of hours. They make PTO a hassle since you need to find coverage and are responsible for the “quality of that persons coverage” while you’re out.

Pros

Incredibly supportive management. Extremely healthy work environment. Company culture is top notch. Benefits are well above market average. Using PTO is encouraged, and when on PTO general duties are handled by supportive coworkers.

Cons

Extremely fast-paced environment. Real-time issues can arise, and can be stressful to resolve. Remote work can feel isolating, however, managers and coworkers are extremely easy to reach.

Pros

Most people you work with are nice, PTO is respected.

Cons

No strategy to speak of, the product is not good other than the acquisitions. Customers are treated poorly. C-suite is extremely tone deaf. Decisions come randomly from above with no bearing on what people are doing. There is no review cycle on purpose, the only people who get raises have other offers so many people are leaving. Which is a good idea because the stock price is down so all RSUs are underwater. Most teams are horribly overworked and underpaid and the one day a week lunch is getting worse.
