Sometimes the kids can be difficult. You are transporting kids who aren't able to ride on the bus for different reasons, so you must be prepared for challenging situations.

Most people you work with are nice, PTO is respected.

No strategy to speak of, the product is not good other than the acquisitions. Customers are treated poorly. C-suite is extremely tone deaf. Decisions come randomly from above with no bearing on what people are doing. There is no review cycle on purpose, the only people who get raises have other offers so many people are leaving. Which is a good idea because the stock price is down so all RSUs are underwater. Most teams are horribly overworked and underpaid and the one day a week lunch is getting worse.
