Pros

- Reliable colleagues - You will make friends here - Nice office space - Good Insurance

Cons

- Shady "People" team: The people team or HR team, whatever you'd like to call them, is an absolute mess. There are two main decision makers on the team who control every employees growth within the company. If they don't like you, you will not grow/be promoted/receive raises. Funny enough, they are best friends outside of work (and have been for many years) and are extremely gossipy -- kinda crazy that they've been given so much power... They have a history of quietly forcing employees out who speak up against their unprofessional behavior, if you don't leave on "good terms" you wont be offered an exit interview. It's sad because this wasn't even my experience and I wish I had better things to say here however, many employees have witnessed this toxicity used against our beloved (now former) colleagues. - No performance review / raise cycle: In line with some of the things mentioned above, if you are not liked by the HR/People team you will not grow here. Raises and Promotions are done very quietly. The company is 12 years old and does not have any formal performance review process. There is no set standard for what good or bad work is within the company. So as long as you dont ask too many questions or ruffle any feathers of the higher-ups you should be okay here.

Pros

Incredibly supportive management. Extremely healthy work environment. Company culture is top notch. Benefits are well above market average. Using PTO is encouraged, and when on PTO general duties are handled by supportive coworkers.

Cons

Extremely fast-paced environment. Real-time issues can arise, and can be stressful to resolve. Remote work can feel isolating, however, managers and coworkers are extremely easy to reach.

Pros

Most people you work with are nice, PTO is respected.

Cons

No strategy to speak of, the product is not good other than the acquisitions. Customers are treated poorly. C-suite is extremely tone deaf. Decisions come randomly from above with no bearing on what people are doing. There is no review cycle on purpose, the only people who get raises have other offers so many people are leaving. Which is a good idea because the stock price is down so all RSUs are underwater. Most teams are horribly overworked and underpaid and the one day a week lunch is getting worse.
