Within a few months, all requests over a limit had to be justified to your VP. High turnover with regular 4th quarter reduction in force events. Laid off the entire production and warehouse departments to move those functions to a different state. HR heavily polices these reviews, so this won't stay up long. Retaliation is also a concern.
