Pros
I worked in an office role but I could tell that most employees truly cared about the consumers they served. ViaQuest puts a lot of effort into creating a fun company culture. Working in the field is very rewarding. Great experience and learned a lot in my time with the company. A lot of great people in the company.
Cons
High turnover with direct care staff and management is inefficient. Lack of accountability on multiple levels. Mid-Level management is overworked which causes low morale and terminations/resignations.
