It is true we are a family owned business and are very lucky to have people who have grown up loving the people we serve, the people who provide our services, and the mission of ViaQuest. They have paid their dues, attended school while working full time, and have been treated with more scrutiny than any other employee. It is also true I believe in nepotism. We have nurses who are sisters, direct care professionals who are aunt, uncle, niece and nephew, and program managers who have been mother and daughter. Not only do they have the opportunity to share their personal lives, but they have the opportunity to share their passion to serve others at a place they spend most of their time. We do not love to fire people, but value each and every employee. We do offer raises and regularly promote people. To say that management is a joke is an insult to the managers who have dedicated their lives to the people we serve and the company in excess of thirteen years and in multiple cases in excess of eighteen years. The person who wrote this review uses the word joke excessively, which magnifies the fact they have no legitimate examples to back up their baseless allegations. I am very grateful for the incredible managers we have at ViaQuest.
