Thank you for your post. You are 100% correct that we have high turnover. As an industry we are struggling with low wages due to the rates we are paid, burnout from COVID, and not enough people in the workforce which all leads to high turnover. We are working diligently with the legislature to increase rates, which will help to some degree. I do disagree with your comment about poor culture. We just did a survey that showed very positive results related to our culture which is something we focus on every day. We are looking at the bottom line just to stay afloat during these difficult times, which I believe is fiscally responsible.

Cons

Feels like all of the different programs are pitted against each other Upper management shows great favoritism to certain centers making it difficult to effectively do your job. Toxic people in upper management positions Insurance for a family of 3 was $1000 a month.
