Thank you so much for your post. I agree with you 100%. All of our revenue is paid by the government and our rates our deplorable. I would love to be able to pay people more but we are subjected to government rates. I am working diligently to get our rates increased so I can pay people more. Thank you again

Feels like all of the different programs are pitted against each other Upper management shows great favoritism to certain centers making it difficult to effectively do your job. Toxic people in upper management positions Insurance for a family of 3 was $1000 a month.
