Pros
- Good pay vs workload - Somewhat flexible schedule (depending on your clinical manager) - Realistically obtainable bonus potential
Cons
- Woodlawn/South Management are toxic - Clinical managers offer no support to TBS - There is no compassion - Clinical managers will harp on mistakes but will not acknowledge their own - Clinical managers will implement new policies for everyone based on the mistakes of a select few - Managers and supervisors openly speak negatively of one another and TBS - Reporting superiors to HR is an absolute nightmare - There are clinical managers and supervisors regularly getting away with not following policy that TBS have been fired over - There is clearly no appreciation of TBS from Clinical Managers and Supervisors as they are more likely to point out your mistakes or where you can improve than they are to tell you they value you - There is no sick pay. You are required to use PTO and are still expected to meet productivity if you get sick - If you get sick or injured, your PTO can be denied and you are still expected to show up even if you have proof of your injury or illness
