Pros
High starting wages for smaller towns for Retail Sales Associates. Create customer service from HQ to maintain subscribers. Training program for Sales Associates at hire. Customers are treated very nice. Stores have nice inviting layout. If the behind the scenes would be like customer being treated Viaero would be a great company. The low prices fits the coverage you get. Tries to expand coverage but misses the main area where services is needed.
Cons
Weak coverage makes it hard to sell and you are forced to chase leads to the point of harassment. Full commission rare. Claims to be family oriented, no such thing in retail. Store Managers are treated very poorly as absolut everything is their fault, they have no say, and they are always wrong. Territory Managers have no knowledge to assist or help out and try to be better friends than supervisors unless their management comes down on them. Almost every store is short staffed due to high turnover. High level management has no problem to use bad language on calls or in store.
