High level of cross functional team work and interdepartmental partnership across all levels of hierarchy Opportunity for growth and personal development Great benefits and competitive pay Solely Medical Device life enhancing and life saving applications

Cons

Given the nature of the industry it may not be for everybody. Responsibility rests with each associate in light of products and their applications. Complacency and status quo will likely not provide for success.

Pros

Great benefits that start on day 1, generous PTO and flex time, good opportunities for anyone who wants to grow with a Company. They do fun activities through out the year and always giving away prizes/gift cards.

Pros

Decent benefits, generally comfortable working conditions, thoughtful employee perks (free coffee, employee appreciation events, quarterly bonus program)

Cons

HR and management allowed sexual harassment complaints to go uninvestigated and unresolved. Upper management was forced to eliminate the shift I was on and layoff approximately 40 people due to their own complete and utter lack of strategic foresight and planning.
