Pros

Not much for Atlanta location.

Cons

After many months of keeping an eye on the reviews posted for this company, it's interesting to me the pattern of reviews when taken in context of location. There's a lot of very positive reviews out there but when you look at where the majority of those reviews come from, they come from employees who work at the mother-ship in Carlsbad (i.e. San Diego). On the other hand, there's very few reviews, much less positive reviews, from employees based in Atlanta. One could argue that this is simply a matter of numbers....many more employees in California than Georgia; however, I think not. There's definitely a trend that's been established with regards to employee satisfaction in Atlanta. Is it fear that's causing few people to review them or is it something else? And those that do review, generally don't have nearly the praise and admiration as those in other locations. You just have to ask yourself....what's going on there?

Thank you for taking the time to share your observation with us. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t have a more positive experience. While we haven’t heard from as many of our Atlanta based employees on Glassdoor, we were delighted to hear from such a large percentage of them in our recent employee survey. The vast majority had fantastic things to share about their experience and yes, some offered really constructive suggestions for improvement, which we truly appreciate. Wish you the best in your next opportunity.

Pros

Good work-life balance with flexible scheduling

Cons

Over the past several years, the company has lacked a clear long-term strategy, resulting in frequent reorganizations, shifting priorities, and multiple rounds of layoffs. Decision-making often feels reactive rather than strategic, creating uncertainty and making it difficult to execute long-term plans. Internal processes can also be overly complex, slowing down work and reducing efficiency.
