      Pros

      The people hired are typically smart, dedicated and hard working, which improves the day to day team experience. The company is typically inclusive and holistically progressive. The work is challenging and interesting. Benefits are relatively good. Company attempts to be flexible with their employees.

      Cons

      Feels like the company often goes through management changes, giving the feeling of instability and that upper management isn't in agreement of how to run the company. The culture seems to be shifting more toward a big corporate approach. Work is often overwhelming due to the amount of work and the lack of staff and budget. Management relies on workers to come up with solutions on how to improve efficiency in their own teams instead of providing unified and clear guidance.
