      Old school mentality when it comes to flexible work arrangements, trusting employees and transparency especially around salary ranges and incentives.

      Pros

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.
