      Pros

      The Staff is Kind and Hardworking. Safety, Security and Regulations are tight.

      Cons

      After only 1 year, Viatris has closed multiple facilities and gone through a workforce reduction in North America through attrition or straight layoffs. There are no plans for hiring additional IT staff. Yet the workload still remains the same for current employees. Work harder with less resources seems to be the mentality.

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
