      Pros

      It's a great opportunity to get involved with a new company from the start. Involved in many differnet therapeutic areas, especially non-communicalbe disease.

      Cons

      Viatris using Mylan processes which are a bit out of date. Many people are leaving the company and more job cuts are expected. Unclear what the focus of this new company is.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
